House of Hope & Co. provides supported long term disability accommodation in specialized and modified homes and apartments that are specifically designed to enhance independent living. 

At House of Hope & Co we want to assist you to live your life your way. We assist and supervise with daily living tasks including personal care, assistant with meal preparation, attending appointments and more. 

At House and Hope & Co. we are passionate about helping you to be an active member of the community whilst being independent and doing what you enjoy. We provide a range of social and community activities and day outings including; 

BBQ's, Adventures and Excursions, Group Outings, Festivals, Expos and Events, Carnivals, Sporting Events such as football, horse racing, cricket, RSL lunches, Community Events and live shows, and Day trips including beach, blue mountains, board walks, museums, the zoo, Darling Harbour and any other activity  of your choice.  We are here to help you to live your best life. 

We offer transportation services and the necessary support to assist independent participation in the community, social and daily activities. 

Our trained staff are fully licensed qualified drivers who will get you to where you need to go and our qualified support staff can support you along the way.  Transportation can include community participation and events, family and social visits, medical appointments or employment. 

We partner with a leading community nursing provider that offers trusted professional qualified nurses to provide the best possible care to our clients.
